There may not be much of a difference between these pics to most people but to me they are drastically different. The mental shift is something you can’t see. I started @lexijwellness this past June so about 4 months and since I’ve started I’ve yet to miss a workout which consists of 6 days a week and I’ve now worked up to 10000 steps a day. Like my days revolve around when I’m going to workout, when I’m going to get my walk in, and what I’m fueling my body with (still working on this one)!!! I don’t always want to do it but I just do it anyways !! In today’s workout they talked about taking a little video about where you’ll be and goals for a year from now. I was actually exited bc I’ve seen such a change in 4 short months that I can’t wait to see what’ll be in a year! So here’s to the next year of workouts 🚀🌙 #thisisljw by @melspen22

I’ve seen other people in our group that have gotten 100+ streaks and didn’t think that it would happen for me. Butttt here we are not only completed my 100th workout but 100 day streak at that. Couldn’t do it with my accountability partner @cristennc1 and the best dang girl gang with the LJW crew. Everyone is the most supportive and always cheering me on!!! Here’s to my 101 day tomorrow!!! #thisisljw by @melspen22

So sad to see summer come to an end but here we’re are 😭 Makenna 1st, Dylan 3rd, Nolan 4th, Trevor 6th, and Cameron 8th!!! Trevor was so nervous to be starting middle school but did great and only had 1/5 kids with tears (2/6 if you count me 🫣🤣) to start the morning so not bad odds!! Here’s to hoping for no tears tomorrow 🤞🏻 pray for their teachers and that they have their best year yet!!! by @melspen22
