Goodbye 2025. Year of the snake (I am year of the Snake 🐍) Lots of shedding. Creating new pathways.

It wasn’t easy… lots of ups and downs.
Lots of heavy darkness. IYKYK.

Shifting, Working and Studying to elevate my light, my strength, my resilience, faith, mindset, dreams and purpose.

#humandesign #hoffmaninstitute #kabbalah #bookclub

Shifting the energy behind relationships and clarity on what’s important.

Turning 60 this year has been profound. Becoming more steady and clear, knowing, allowing, understanding.

Hiking the caminodesantiago was a dream that came to fruition. What a magical journey!!

Massive year of growth.
Thank you all that have been a part of it.I love you and appreciate you.
And thank you to the people cheering me on from the sidelines.
Sending you all love and light in this New Year.
Let’s try to spread more light 💫💫💫💫

I’ve spent the last 20 years trying everything and non stop learning to get me to a place where I finally feel good.
I can finally sleep well 😴
I have energy ☀️
My skin looks so much better 🌸
All the things!!
I’m not saying it’s perfect, but the best part is…
no more chronic pain!!!
It was debilitating.

If you are struggling… I got you.
Reach out. Lets chat.

Much love 🩷

During these unprecedented times , in my hometown of
#LosAngeles some days you feel so helpless… when all we wanna do is help.
Thanks to @calmolls @rams and @heartoflosangeles.official
The opportunity to step in and serve our Latino brothers and sisters in LA Delivering groceries to people who are too scared to leave their homes
I would’ve never imagined I’d be living through these times
Every little thing helps
It’s the ripple effect
@calmolls is an angel … nonstop service. Thank you.
Love you

🌸Seeing friends last weekend was so good for my soul and mental health. 🩷

@cheerslovey and I have been friends for over 40 years. Wow that’s crazy. He’s one of the best people I’ve ever known.
So grateful for you.
And
@maggiemccollester my sideline sister. I’m so blessed to have you.

One moment I feel like life is great and I’m enjoying the day Happy at work with my clients. Watching Wimbledon. Sun on my face. Hiking and loving life.

The next minute I’m freaking out and I’m in massive fear mode.

I’m choosing to spread love and kindness as much and however I can.
And help people with their health, wellbeing, beauty needs and making extra money.

And I don’t take it lightly.
I love what I do.
