AntPile (2024)

this movie was a passion project of mine. it was always my dream to make an animation movie and now i finally found the strength and courage to do it. it's a very personal piece and i spend a lot of time working on it and grew attached to it. i'm excited to tell more stories like that. i'm glad i can finally show it to people and i'm even more glad i didn't give up on it.
so enjoy!

photos from my work at the exhibition a few weeks ago. for that i combined MemoriesWeLostInTranslation 5 and 4 to create this overstimulation. i sadly didn't take pictures of how it looked when you stood right in front of it but it looked cool i swear by @meltinglow

in 2025 i gave myself the challenge to draw almost every single day in this book. it started spontaneously but soon i realized what was so special about this book. the paper was very thin so every page printed itself on the one before creating a collage.
in that the sketchbook became a collection of memories all woven into each other. this didn't only inspire me to my paintings i do now but also got me out of my art block that was haunting me by @meltinglow
