⭐️✌🏼⭐️What a journey it has been… 🫶🏼Came in 🥈 but walking away a WINNER 👑Never would I have imagined taking part in a Make Up Reality TV Competition, let alone reach the FINALE and come in SECOND! 🥹 Especially for someone who just started makeup 3-ish years ago and has zero experience doing other people’s makeup… I’m honestly so glad I let myself take this leap of faith which has now become one of my greatest journey of growth 🫶🏼 ty @andathesea_ for asking me to join hehe!Huge CONGRATULATIONS to @daniplodocusx3 - our very first MUA STAR!🥇You’re truly such an incredibly talented makeup artist and an amazing friend 🫶🏼 MENG SLAY ✨Before anything, I’m sure you all know that this show was filmed last year and all 10 episodes were rushed out in literally 2-3 weeks! Rating my experiences in Shanghai 🇨🇳✨Swipe to see more 🫶🏼#Shanghai #TravelChina #China #Travel #ShanghaiChina⭐️ 9/10 | Hanfu Photoshoot📍 Yuyuan Garden📝 We picked a random photographer on the street and negotiated to $40 SGD inclusive of everything ~ which is honestly so worth it and I think the pictures turned out great! Only downside was the studio had very little outfit options (and we realised a little too late that there were a million other studios that had nicer outfits & accessories ~ but we aren’t picky so whatever)#Shanghai #TravelChina #ShanghaiChina #Travel #ShanghaiDiaries⭐️ 7/10 | Custom Lipstick Making📍 Lipstick Lab, Tianzifang📝 This was a fun experience and also a great souvenir as a makeup lover. You get to “pick” your lipstick shade from a range of readily available shades and not customise a “new shade” ~ but apart from that you get to pick the finish of the lipstick, the bullet shape (so many fun ones, they also had a penis shaped one lol), the lipstick case as well as the lipstick scent and it was only $30 ish I think#Shanghai #TravelChina #ShanghaiChina #Travel #ShanghaiDiaries⭐️ 8/10 | Xuyan Tang Dynasty Royal Banquet Dinner📍 Shanghai Flagship Branch📝 Loved the overall experience, a whole range of costumes to choose from, quite a lot of nice set ups for some amazing photo ops and ofc. the main entertainment was great, however, the dinner was just average ~ nothing incredible#Shanghai #TravelChina #ShanghaiChina #Travel #ShanghaiDiaries⭐️ 7/10 | Disneyland Shanghai📍 Shanghai📝 Like all the other Disneylands, it was an amazing day, but this Disneyland felt a lot more catered for only children (lots of character meets up and baby rides) and apart from TRON there wasn’t really much that was exciting or thrilling.
