So after being denied once due to covid, I got my chance to see the Titanic Exhibition, and I will say this.
Go, see it while you can. It's more than worth it.
Seeing items that went down with the ship that April night, brought back up to the light, and able to be seen once more by curious eyes.
Looking at the silverware that many ate from, the folding seat that once sat so peaceful on deck, the pack of cards once played so casually, unknowing of its future importance.
It is all so brilliantly fascinating.
But then it finishes by showing the full list of all 2,208 lives that sailed on her single doomed voyage, with the name of each and every single passenger and crew, both surviving that living nightmare and those who perished in the icy sea.
It is both forcefully sobering, and direly sombre.
And yet, I would heartily return to see it all again.
My thanks go out to both @whitestarheritage & @mcr_central for putting it all on, and my dad for putting up with my endless Titanic fascination.

Meet two of the nicest people you could ask for earlier. And a bit surreal to actually meet them in person. Thank you Chris (@abroadinjapan) and Sharla (@heyitssharla) and I hope to meet you both again someday.
