Rows at Barkalows | 42nd & Ellison | $5 Million Our biggest and most challenging development so far. 14 new homes. 1,789 sq. ft. each. 3 bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms. 2-car garages. We also built a brand new street, new sidewalks, new stormwater infrastructure, and a new stormwater detention basin. All 14 homes have been sold to Habitat for Humanity of Omaha, and some homes are still available. Another block transformed, another investment in North Omaha and another development we’re proud to put The Mensch Group name on. #Omaha #Nebraska #RealEstate #AffordableHousing #Community taken in Omaha, Nebraska by @mensch_group
