Isn’t it crazy how when we have something “rare,” we hold onto it so tightly that we barely get any use out of it?

I wonder how often we do the same thing with our lives.

These might be the “good old days” we’ll miss someday… Use them wisely 🌀 by @mental.memo

We want the joy without sorrow, but we know from experience that will only last so long.… do you ever wonder …why it has to be like this ? Or why grief has to hold so much more weight than love ? Why pain digs so much deeper than joy ever could? 🌀 by @mental.memo

This … was a soft spot for me .
If you can’t relate think about it this way
You know what it’s like to stumble upon your favorite spot by yourself ? It might be peaceful and quiet and feel like your own sanctuary … but isn’t there something so magical about group trips ? There’s an energy and memories that simply can’t be replicated on your own. It’s just not the same .
Let’s recover from hustle culture together so it’s not so lonely at the top 🫶🏽✨🌙

More on this and much much more in episode 3 of mental memo, streaming everywhere . by @mental.memo

Do we hustle because we want more ? Or because hustling makes us feel worthy ?

Maybe peace isn’t about the absence of noise … I used to think I needed everything around me to settle before I could feel calm … but maybe my mind needs to settle first so everything else can follow . #fieldnotes #mentalmemo by @mental.memo
