Portobello Mushroom Steak In this episode of Menu AM Test Kitchen, Chef Edgar prepares a hearty Portobello Mushroom Steak with sautéed vegetables, melted mozzarella, and creamy mashed potatoes. He starts by cleaning a large portobello mushroom, slicing the stem, and searing the mushroom cap. For the filling, he sautés butter, spinach, grape tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and the sliced mushroom stem. The cooked portobello is topped with a creamy white sauce, the sautéed vegetable mixture, and shredded mozzarella, then finished in the oven. The Project That Meant the Most Before Sweet Angeles, Ruby Davis worked on television projects in Armenia. One project became especially meaningful to her: a program focused on people with disabilities and the everyday barriers they faced, from inaccessible streets and buildings to the way society treated them.
