Today is Bandcamp Friday! It is the final Bandcamp Friday, where Bandcamp waives it's revenue share to help out artists even more!

Of course, we don't have much going on and no new releases, however if you have not had a chance to pick up any of the Litter Box volumes this year, as well as the rest of the catalogue (most are Name Your Price), then the best way to support your Meower Noise pioneers is of course today!

To help thwart the algorithms of the evil Zuck, I will post this image of how Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was the original Sir Kitty Meow-Meow!

I, Sir Kitty Meow-Meow, must proclaim that I am deeply entranced by the wonderful support Pixelpussy has received during another tumultuous year that is of our Cat Lord 2021.

I realize these @spotify statistics may be of a paltry sum in comparison to those of my peers, but the jubilation in which courses throughout my fur is far from muted... considering this project had essentially been in hibernation throughout the course of this pandemic, and the only two releases over the past year aren't even on Spotify to begin with (soon, though). However, 2021 was the first full year that both "This Is Meower Noise" and "Das Mewntz" have both been available for streaming among the #Spotify platform. And It is also quite fascinating how far this music has traveled around the world, as listeners from 29 different nations have spread the gospel of Meower Noise!

Nay, there are those who curse upon Spotify as well as the questionable and sometimes clandestine business practices, and those reservations are valid without question. Nonetheless, there are those who find tremendous entertainment with examining one's listening habits, and even expressing them amongst their peers. Whether or not it's 200,000 or 200 monthly listeners, there's appreciation for the appreciation of art. And I indeed appreciate everybody who has made Pixelpussy an addition to your playlists, and my utmost gratitude is extended to you all.

Soon, we will emerge out of the shadow cast from this current solar revolution and start anew! What does this all mean for your Meower Noise pioneers? I, Sir Kitty Meow-Meow, do proclaim that the Year of our Cat Lord 2022 will possess such amazing possibilities! My solitary wish is that you will all join me in meowing along once Pixelpussy makes another grand return to the stage!

Stay strong my kitties, and stay safe!

Happy Meower Noise Day, kitties!

On this day 10 years ago, the debut album "This Is Meower Noise" was released! It featured remixes from the likes of labelmate code 000, nLinear, @jeremiahsaint , and some act named @jamie_esa_official you may have heard of.

And yes, it is still available as "Name Your Price" on our @bandcamp page!
