11 years ago @bryianadyrdek was stepping into a longtime dream of hers by launching @iconicbeauty .....and at the same time a very new dream of mine was forming that I was walking....or rather crawling into. It's through the 2015 Iconic Beauty event and experience that I grew a passion for the beauty industry, and learned to do my makeup just so I could get it right for the event! This is also where my interest in modeling started, I learned how to try and make friends as an adult and it was the first of many side quests I'd go on.
But more than the glam, and the photoshoots, I fell in love with Bryiana's vision for Iconic Beauty as a space for women to find community, give back, cheer for each other and most importantly - do it all without being seen for what they look like but instead how they show up and what reflects from their heart. It was from 1 conversation with Bree where she shared her heart and vision with me and ive been locked in since 🥹 I wanted nothing more than to show up fully for everything IB stood for and I have not regretted it for a single second, in fact Iconic Beauty has given back more than I could have ever imagined since.

Whether it was a fashion show watch party, doing makeup as part of granting a wish for Make a Wish, walking together at Relay for life, celebrating Friendsgiving or galentines together, my time as part of Iconic Beauty has been nothing short of looking good, feeling good, and doing good, together!

I've met some of the most amazing women from all walks of lifec including some ofmy best friends! I have seen them get married, have babies, graduate, buy homes and so many other milestones and I am so grateful to have made such beautiful friendships along this journey to share and celebrate them in every season.

So, when Bryiana surprised me with the offer to take on the title of Iconic Beauty's Perfect Woman I was honored, but also had every reason to say yes. I am so grateful and excited to not only represent IB next week at the Worlds Perfect Pageant 👑.......but also......to hold for an entire year, the title of Iconic Beauty's Perfect Woman 🥹💕, standing alongside some of the most kind, lov by @meraiah.danielle

@centopastabar was absolutely one for the books. it was my first time and my birthday dinner so I had high expectations and of course I knew my girl @arlissaleeanna would not lead us astray. everything was a solid 9/10 except the tiramisu which was a 10 in my books.

Service was lovely and if you like to watch the kitchen action, counter seating is where it's at - but of course there's other seating available.

We ordered the Cento and Randi wines, polar opposites but both lovely. Cento was chilled, bright, fruit forward and a great choice! The Randi was deep, full bodied and peppery, which was why I chose it to pair with all of the rich flavor of each pasta.

I remember turning 25 and thinking my life was so far from where I wanted it to be. I was newly single after a long relationship and thought it was going to take forever for me to fall in love again and get married and have kids and have the amazing job and life etc.

Well it did take me a long time to fall in love again, but it happened.

Still not marrried, still no kids....and yet my life is still full.

I found so much more in the last 7 years than I even knew how to look for. I found a deeper love for God and a revelation of His love for me that healed me in ways I didn't know I was broken in.

I get to constantly learn about myself and get to change what I don't want to keep, I get to willingly be reformed and I think that's a really special thing to do before I have a family in my own. What do they call that ? Breaking generational curses, beliefs, lies, mindsets and patterns that my future family will never have to know because it took a little longer for me....

I get to be a whole and healed person all on my own before ever having to be responsible for someone else. I get to read and learn and watch and listen and glean from the incredible circle of friends and family I have around me. To witness my friends as ceos, professionals, wives and moms and stand in awe of how they do it all, and of course support them however I can. Talk about a plethora of wisdom and experience I get to be in such close proximity to before it's my turn.

And we're just getting started. I feel so honored to be loved so much by God that he'd allow me this path. And although there are lonely days, and longing for the next chapter, I am so grateful that I am quickly and gently reminded that I am exactly where I need to be - in the Palm of His hand, patiently waiting for what is next, while reverantly remembering all He's already said about me. ❤️💫 by @meraiah.danielle
