If you’ve been in Denmark this week then you’d have heard about how stunning the inlet has been! 🌊

It’s been the same colour as the wave of our Meraki Coast - our seasonal mini cake inspired by our beautiful life on the coast here.

It’s available to order every week alongside our regular minis via our website.

From the happiest five year old with her birthday cake through to the chef, mother and gourmet food stylist I am today.

A lot has changed between these two photos but my love story with cake and cooking has remained for all these years.

Sometimes it's important to remember to stop and appreciate the journey 🖤

👑💜 ALL HAIL PRINCESS DONUT 💜👑

Created for a birthday girl whose favourite Dungeon Crawler Carl character deserves nothing less.

Layers of zesty lemon cake filled with silky Meraki lemon curd, wrapped in royal purple buttercream and adorned with dramatic black Lambeth piping, gilded cherries and a portrait of the Princess herself.

Elegant. Extravagant. Absolutely fabulous.

Just the way Princess Donut would demand it. ✨
