Two years at blue belt today. This journey has challenged me tremendously and has lead to personal growth and transformation in ways I never thought possible. Today is my birthday! 🎉🎂😎

THANK YOU to everyone who wished me a happy birthday today!! My phone has been blowing up nonstop with notifications 😜 Thank you for all the birthday love!!

Here I am at the beach here in my native Santa Monica, California - my favorite beach on Earth! Today I am reminded of just how blessed I am, and how I am so grateful to be alive for another revolution around the Sun!

The last two years have been the most challenging years of my life, but I have grown and improved so much! It was time to re-create myself from the ground up!

I have the most amazing people in my life, my family and friends who are my chosen family!

I have been blessed with a career, school, and students that I love!

I am in exceptional health and get to pursue my fitness goals, and train with my family of world champions with @lucasleitebjj @tatawribeiro @checkmatlahabra !

I get to build a side hustle and create lasting wealth!

These are some of the many things that I am grateful for.

My wish for you is that you will take a moment and give thanks for the blessings that you have in your life.
