我問幸福：用什麼辦法能永遠擁有你？

　　幸福說：

　　餓的時候有飯吃，渴的時候有水喝，困的時候有床睡，累的時候有家歸，這就是幸福！其實我從未遠離，只是你從未發覺。

　　幸福，不取決於你實際擁有物質的多少，而取決於你感知幸福能力的強弱。

　　幸福的養成，就是智慧的養成。不是你過了什麼樣的生活，就一定幸福，而是你是否懂得每天留一點時間，慢下來，觸摸幸福。

　　所有靠物質支撐的幸福感，都不能持久，都會隨著物質的離去而離去。只有心靈的淡定寧靜，繼而產生的身心愉悅，才是幸福的真正源泉。

　　現在過的每一天，都是餘生中最年輕的一天。請不要老得太快，卻明白得太遲。
