Yes, folks, I'm going to have a go, a lash - I'm swinging for the fences. I'm 45, have a bad back, & crippling stage fright... BUT ... I also love making coffee for people (even judges!?) - so here we go.

I am so grateful for the support I have been given across the years (& world), especially from @jensbythesea & from my business partner Ben @skinnydipcoffee as I feel he is about to drink a bunch of bad brews - before they (hopefully) get better!

All tips, tricks, sponsors, & lucky charms welcome🙏 ☺️ by @mercer_coffee

It's a day for taking stock and celebrating all that we have. Coffee, for one!

Have you ever wanted to drink/make the highest quality espresso & filter coffees? If no, I'm worried about you & we need to talk! If (like me) you live for coffee tech, silky-sweet juice bombs of espresso... we definitely need to talk about getting your mitts on these incredible Alinox-coated EK43 burrs from @helfezi.swiss. So.🇨🇭 Damn.🇨🇭 Good. 🇨🇭👌😍

IYKYK 😉 🫶 Any guesses on what I'm doing this year? by @mercer_coffee

Still as sharp as the day they arrived over a year ago! If you haven't tried @helfezi.swiss burrs, you won't know the fluffiest grinds around - or their flavour-enhancing ability. The kicker is that they are also the most durable burrs I've ever used. Contact us if you want more details or drop by the roastery @skinnydipcoffee to see them in action & taste the difference. by @mercer_coffee

Welcome to the family Percival Hedley. He is a 6- month old tabby Siamese, with blue eyes just like the OG. No one can ever replace our first boy Franklin but we excited to get to know this shy boy 💙🩵 by @mercer_coffee

Don't take shots, drink 'em. Peace & Much Love.
