We are incredibly grateful to The Alden Auto Show Committee for continuing a tradition of generosity that has supported Mercy Flight and our lifesaving mission for more than two decades.

This year, the committee presented Mercy Flight President Margie Ferrentino and Executive Vice President Scott Wooton with an amazing $20,000 check from the proceeds of this year’s Alden Car Show!

Flight Paramedic Rob Haley and Flight Nurse Jennifer Crotty were also on hand to help accept the generous donation from Car Show Co-Chairs Mary Lynne Tarquini and Jeff Beisiegel.

For 22 years, the Alden Car Show Committee, its volunteers, participants, sponsors and supporters have stood behind Mercy Flight. That kind of longstanding community partnership means more than we can say.

Thank you to everyone who continues to make the Alden Car Show such a success and for helping Mercy Flight be there when our community needs us most. We are truly grateful for 22 years of friendship and support! by @mercy_flight

The Bash for Mercy Flight was a huge success Saturday night at RiverWorks with a jam packed crowd, entertainment by Nerds Gone Wild, DJ Milk and a spectacular fireworks show by Skylighters. Special thanks to Scott Bieler and Molly McCarthy from West Herr for being the presenting sponsor and media sponsors WIVB TV and radio station 97 Rock and WHTT 104. We enjoyed a surprise visit by legendary Buffalo restaurateur Russel J Salvatore and an amazing flyover by a Mercy Flight helicopter piloted by Haji Sharif. Kathy and I and our Dry Creek Group team were honored to be the events producer. Plans are already underway for next year’s Bash and watch for a date announcement soon. taken in Buffalo RiverWorks by @mercy_flight

Another @mercy_flight BASH in the books and, once again, one of the biggest parties of the year. 💥🚁⚡🥳

This one will always be personal for me.

About a decade ago, I had the privilege of serving as Mercy Flight’s PR Director for several years, leading the marketing efforts for an organization whose mission I already knew was lifesaving. My own family members have needed Mercy Flight - their lives being saved by this air ambulance WHEN MINUTES MATTERED.

The BASH is extra special for another reason, too. Years ago, our team helped bring this event from the Red Cross to Mercy Flight, and we have continued to watch it grow into the unforgettable night it is today.

Now, getting to continue supporting the BASH through its social media and marketing feels like such a full-circle moment.

A huge thank you to @bryanwittman of @drycreekgroup for always bringing me along for some of the most fun and meaningful projects in WNY. Until next year, BASH! 🧡

On September 19, 1981, Mercy Flight began a mission to provide lifesaving emergency medical care to the Western New York community.

TODAY, exactly 45 years later, we celebrate an incredible milestone.

For 45 years, our dedicated crews, employees, supporters, donors and community partners have helped make it possible for Mercy Flight to be there when minutes matter. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of our journey - especially the communities that have trusted and supported us along the way.

Join us TONIGHT at Buffalo RiverWorks for the BASH for Mercy Flight, presented by West Herr Automotive Group, and celebrate 45 years of lifesaving service and look ahead to the years still to come.

Cheers to 45 years of Mercy Flight! by @mercy_flight
