Cooking at night as a working mom is now a norms for me… most times after relaxing from the day stress I drag myself to the kitchen to make some meals that will help me during the week because some food 🍱 must always be available in the fridge, and tonight is one of those night. I had to make stew and I added vegetables because I was tired of the regular.
