#Birthday 26! Everything I accomplished in my year of being 25: ๐Ÿ—ฝ I got to see myself on two billboards in New York Times Square--UNREAL. I walked in my first New York Fashion Week Show thanks to QB Elite Models & Talent. Our LA Fashion Week trip was so cute and special. ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ“– I was published in 3 international magazines. ๐ŸŽฌ Started my professional acting career with the help of Faces of Wendy doing background on TV (including Disney, Apple TV and HBO productions), being in scenes with the likes of Kate Beckinsale and Andrew Garfield ๐Ÿ˜ฑ. Guilty Party, The Last of Us, Heartland, Billy the Kid, Under the Banner of Heaven, Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, Friends Speak II, American Standoff. So many incredible experiences with the amazing production crew Pyramid Productions. ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‘‘ Had my pageant directorial debut and though the head organization turned out to be a disaster, that didn't take away from the fact I still hosted a great pageant for Canada and I had the greatest blessing of meeting some wonderful people and most importantly, my delegates. ๐Ÿ’— ๐Ÿ‘ธ๐Ÿฝ Miami โ€ข Filmed more for a reality tv pilot, crowned my successor as I concluded my reign as Miss World International and my 8 year streak of being a reigning queen. ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ›ฉ Finally, Josh Yugen making me Communications Director for Yugen PR and having a whirlwind experience in Dubai. Josh, your faith and encouragement has been a great blessing. I hope to have more adventures with you and your amazing team in the future. Thank you for treating me to an amazing experience in Dubai. I got to work in Dubai Design District, alongside great influences like Furne Amato, Vimi Joshi, and Kevin Oliver. I received alot of praise about my character and abilities that makes me feel so validated in my capabilities. Thank you Yugen Team for welcoming me with open arms and I can't wait until I see you all again! ๐Ÿ˜˜ The theme for this age was FRIENDSHIP, it has given me so much strength and encouragement to push forward and live my dream life. My Wedding Ring ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’ Cushion cut lab diamond, the crowns, fleur-de-lis โšœ๏ธ band details, the shape and cutout of the band! ๐Ÿ˜ I customized this ring and am in love with all the details. The only thing different from this early draft is I have a bigger gem stone and I added fang prongs to hold my center stoneโ€”I love it SO much more. December 31, 2025, the love of my life proposed to me! ๐Ÿ’ I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M A FIANCEฬEโ€”๐Ÿ˜… and also that it took me so long to post about it. The proposal was the most perfect and unexpected thing. He had decorated our new apartment for New Year's, prepared a special dinner, and afterwards we played our favouriteโ€”HERO QUEST! โš”๏ธ There's a character Christoffer 3D printed of me and at the end of a campaign there was a "flash of light" and the characters were shown a vision of their past life. Chris says "you are in a living room and a man is infront of you on one knee". He pulls out a figuring holding a blue feather. ๐Ÿชถ In the moment I didn't process it, but he suddenly gets on one knee holding a blue feather he comissioned from and artist. I was in total shock. When I thought of being proposed to, I've always wanted it to be with a blue feather. It's a reference to one of my favourite childhood games, Harvest Moon. Of course, in the game you propose with a blue feather. ๐Ÿ’™ This was perfection. When I started living in Denmark ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ฐ back and forth, I couldn't have known I'd soon meet my future husband. When I met Christoffer one of the first things I could tell was, "this guy respects women" ๐ŸŒณ. One of the major things about Christoffer is that I thought I knew what a good man was, but wow he raised the bar. I am so lucky and so thankful to live such a perfect life with a perfect partner. He absolutely spoils me. Cherishes me. Loves meโ€”and I do too. ๐Ÿฅฐ I want share with him a blessed life. We have gotten to travel all over the world, live all over, create beautiful memories our loved ones and our precious baby Champion. ๐Ÿถ Jeg elsker dig min lille honning, Christoffer Inuk Torpdahl Platou. ๐Ÿ˜˜ A danish, greenlandic, canadian, filipino, mozambican family to come! ๐Ÿ˜† The ring recently came in. It's a custom piece with details like fleur-de-lis โšœ๏ธ and a cushion cut diamond at the centerpiece. I only do lab-diamonds because I personally don't care for diamonds and the shady company practices that come with it. I am honoured to have won Director of the Year with the Ms World International organization. ๐Ÿฅฐ (THAT CROWN!!! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ฑ) In 2019, I competed representing Canada & won the title of Miss World International, where I had a 2-year reign during the pandemic. Ever since I won, I have represented the organization internationally and utilizing my title to the fullest extent. I also have come back for every pageant week since to coordinate the delegates and assist with production. 2025 marked the 5th edition of MWI and what a perfect commemoration to have this award. I am not just a director, but I train my queens and do my best to give them whatever they might need from borrowing my dresses to support check-ins. Being a director means so much to me as we are missing from this industry directors that lead with compassion and emotional support for their delegates; directors that care about the well being of their delegates in and outside of the competition. One of the great reasons I adore this organization is because they and our organization leader, Shelley Lacerda (@shelleyspics) holds that kind of care paramount. I love you endlessly, Shelley. I remember the feelings I had since that was my first Miss Universe finale I ever went to. Had the best time. I even got to go on stage and backstage after the show. I met so many icons and the national queensโ€”and former Miss Universes ๐Ÿคฉ I loved getting to meet @nicole.renault in person ๐Ÿ’– someone who had the best support for me when I had gone through those tough times with Miss Teen Universe. ๐Ÿซ‚ Making a new friend in Oliver was such a delight as well.
