The past few days have been a wonderful whirlwind of activity! I am so grateful to feel the beginnings of being rooted in commUNITY here in Atlanta. Special thanks to those who have made this feel like a magical place. I am grateful for all of the families who I serve and for the friends who have become family. This week and next week's @constellationconcerts featuring the music of Sinatra marks one year for this lovely organization! This weekend has been pregnant with meaningful moments, spending time with those I love whilst doing what I love! From a @universoulcircus girlfriend date with my sister P LaShae Jones , to jamming with my @rhapsodyinebony family, today ended in movie magic, performing "Star Wars & More" with @atlantasymphony ! I was delighted to be reunited with several longing friends from NEC and Peabody days! Dear God, You prepare a table before me... The past three weeks have been nothing short of cathartic; even euphoric. In alignment with the centennial anniversary of the premiere of Puccini's "Turandot," @theatlantaopera -- chorus, cast, crew, set and costume designers, all instrumental musicians, and administrative personnel -- certainly did not disappoint in four stellar productions. Some of my favorite memories were those underpinned by the most delicate melodies, those intimate moments seasoned with my own tears. Beauty in its purest form!
