Dear TT, Never in a million years did I imagine writing this to you. Never in a million years did I have believe that my final goodbye would be in an ICU hospital room. Never in a million years did I think this is how it would end. From the day I was born, you have been the best possible aunt a girl could ask for. From cedar point trips, to holidays with the family, and making it through Sam and Caleb’s awfully long shows/plays, you were there all along. You showed me how to bring positive energy anywhere you go, how to light up any room you step into, and how to show compassion to anyone, under any circumstance. Anytime i was with you, I could count on it being a great night full of smiles, laughter and everlasting memories. You turned any ordinary occasion into one I would never forget. In the process you taught me how to find joy in the hard times of life, how to be a good sport, and most importantly, how important it is to have a close bond with your family. I am so extremely grateful for our close-knit relationship. You and Benen both showed me how fun the world of sports can be, even if no other girl my age was interested. I would do anything to just talk to you about the Celtics, Michigan State or even UNC with you one more time. Without you TT, our entire family dynamic would be a whole lot different, and for that, we celebrate the amazing 50 years you had with us. TT, you have truly been the best mom to benen, sister to my mom, daughter to grandma and grandpa (sorry mom) and aunt to Sam, Caleb and I. I wont ever forget your genuine desire to help the people around you and your overwhelming love for anybody you’ve ever met. You’ve touched so many lives here that will leave an impact forever. TT, I love you so much and from the bottom of my heart I don’t know how life is going to move on without you, because it will never be the same. No matter what the family dynamic and holiday festivities look like in a few weeks, months, or even years, there will always, and I mean always, be a seat for you at the kids table. I love you forever and ever, TT. Love, Mer Mer ❤️ by @meredith.petersonn
