👯‍♀️If you have mini/young dancers who can benefit from cross training, this is for you! 💪Young dancers can and absolutely should participate in cross training! By doing so, from a young age they will develop body awareness, muscle engagement and an understanding of anatomy that will serve their dance training! Add these as a warm up, across the floor, or during the conditioning part of class! Are you a dance teacher or dance studio looking for strength and conditioning for your dancers? I offer guest classes (virtual and in-person!) Dancers, how many times have your teachers said “find your center!” yet you still fail to complete double and triple pirouettes?! You know it has to do with balance, posture and alignment but are still struggling how to “find it” every time. It’s all about training your turn technique with intention and specificity. I’ve got a plan that will help you connect the dots!
