Honored to be featured in the pages of @wwd this week as I officially begin this new chapter with RE/DONE alongside Phillip Prado and Jamie Mazur. Thank you to my forever muse of all muses, partner in crime, and forever love, Bob Melet, for being the bridge to this opportunity. KISMET. It’s the only word that truly explains how this all came together… Bob had been telling Jamie that we needed to meet. Then one afternoon, Jamie called. We spoke about RE/DONE, where the brand had been, and where he believed it could go. We poured over our obsessions for all things Vintage and Denim, and before we hung up, he said something simple: “I really think you need to meet Phil.” One week later, I did. As Phil shared his vision for the future of RE/DONE, I didn’t leave that meeting thinking about a job. I left thinking about ideas. I went home and transformed an entire room into five immersive worlds, filled with imagery, treasured vintage pieces, objects, and of course, my favorite pairs of jeans. Together they became the foundation for five archetypes—not one RE/DONE woman, but many. Different women, different attitudes, different moments in life. Looking back, I realize I wasn’t presenting a collection. I was presenting a philosophy. One of the things that drew me to RE/DONE was the way the brand thinks beyond product. Its cultural pillars: Art, Music, and Architecture are balanced by its product pillars: Vintage, Upcycled, and Originals. Looking back, I realized I’d been chasing that same philosophy my entire career. The beautiful part is that philosophy has only grown stronger over the last year. Building this vision with Phil and Jamie has been an unexpected gift. Together we share an instinct for building worlds, not just collections, and it’s incredibly rewarding to work with people whose curiosity, taste, and ambition so naturally align with my own. Just over a year later, I’m incredibly proud to share Fall ’26: The Unexpected Muse. Meet The Rebel. The Artist. The Dreamer. Looking back… KISMET. by @meredithkahn

And so it begins… One year ago, I was appointed Head of Design at RE/DONE with one very important mission: make every ass look great in a pair of jeans. Turns out, building the perfect pair of jeans leads to building an entire world around them. Tomorrow, Fall ‘26 officially launches, my first collection for RE/DONE.
