I’m 41 and friends are gifting me house plants.

Spent the best part of 3 days shopping, prepping, and cooking for 30, curry fish, chicken, and goat, with Guyana running through all of it. 🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾

My first sober birthday in 20+ years, thank God and thank you to my beautiful wife, Mrs. London, for keeping me right and for organising this beautiful party for me. A lot of people were missing from the table but there, in my heart and hopefully there’s many more birthdays to come. I ain’t cooking no more tho. 😄
I’m too busy and this next year, I’m turning the dial up. Catch you all soon. One love ! by @meridian_dan

Arsenal didn’t win the premier . I did.
Looking at my family today, I give God all the glory, I’ve always been a lucky guy.
If you asked, I would call myself optimistic, so even in the darkest of times I look towards the light. I guess that’s how I got here with these wonderful souls I share my days with, I must be on my fifth or sixth life already but this one is very special. We keep building, who knows where we’ll end up. I’m very happy to be Alive #bitofwaffleforyou. Happy Sunday. by @meridian_dan
