Do Pilates. Do Life. Period🤌🏽

Today I visited the beautiful Club Pilates studio in Königstein and took the opportunity to practice myself again. I love the studio, it’s definitely worth a visit💓

Part II of my current favourite flow🩵

1. Side Split Series
- add the ball for more upper body control
- focus on pelvic stability (avoid a hollow back)

2. Upper Body Sequence
- ball between thighs for alignment
- variations of offering
- teaser balance (with hands on/off the box, progress to extended legs)

switch sides Side Split Series

3. Plank Series
- knee tucks
- twisted knee tucks + add pulses in & out / into ball

4. Quadruped Kickback Series
- knee/shin against the edge of the box -> progress to lifted knee
- leg circles, pulses, …

Part 1 of my current favourite flow!
- deep core activation inspired by the abs of 3 (5 are extremely intense🙃)
- back rowing 1 for control, flow & mobility

Playing around with the SPINEFITTER to create new flows! Looks simple, but requires a lot of stability in the center of your body 🥵❤️‍🔥
