@maroonlasvegas Is everything I imagined and more. So blessed that I got to have it twice. This is my 5th @chefkwameonwuachi restaurant and as a descendant of Jamaican & Caribbean heritage, this one hit a little differently. Our ancestors are proud of all the hard work Chef Kwame is doing to build the table. #blessed by @merlexpicks

@bilalmusic is on my life soundtrack and we’re so blessed to have artists that have sustained because of their undeniable talent. Last night was magical. An audience full of people I love from over decades of time. @mo_tenko was a pleasant surprise as an opener. My first time at @theheightstheater and I’ll be back. Checked out @shandysheights before the show (food was great) and had a nightcap at @hoteldaphnehtx What a beautiful night. by @merlexpicks

@goapele is a part of my life soundtrack and I was blessed to attend this show celebrating 25 years 👀 of her album. It was great to also hear @mike_phillips bless us on the saxophone. @trinity.scales is a rising artist that did her thing on the mic. More great shows coming soon at The Collective @communitycollectivehouston by @merlexpicks

@coarse_tocourse is amazing. Everyone I met was delightful and the food told stories. Located at 5600 Yale Street, Unit A Houston, TX United States 77076. I also learned that Chef Reginald vends at Urban Harvest and Heights Mercantile. I’m still thinking about the food 2 days later. That’s a great sign. #houstonfood by @merlexpicks
