Just wanted you all to know that every message, call, and text made me smile ❣️
I pretty much kept smiling all day long …and who doesn’t need that kind of love and positivity in their life❓
Feeling very thankful and blessed‼️🥰

Cleaning out and reorganizing my desk….oh the treasures and memories buried in there‼️
This was..IS a favorite. I think I gave it to each of my kids and even passed it out on first day of school when teaching at CTMS‼️🥰🙌🏼 by @mermaidgeege

📱✨ Imagine being one of the first people to hold an iPod or iPhone — before the world realized how it would change everything.

That’s what this moment feels like.

Except this time, it’s not about music or communication…
It’s about health.
About knowing — in 15 seconds — what’s really happening inside your body so you can make smarter choices for yourself and your family.

As a mom, grandmother (Geege😉), retired educator…but not in a recliner (!), and a woman who’s spent years searching for real solutions in wellness, I knew this technology would be a turning point.
A bridge between science, behavior, and empowerment.

And now, I’m helping other women lead this movement — to bring this tech into homes, clinics, and communities around the world.

💖Because when women rise, families thrive. 💚

I hit this score this morning…it’s at the top of the chart and it can definitely fluctuate about 100 points depending on what’s going on inside.
Most people I scan don’t come close to this, and they’re surprised because they think they’re doing everything right!
Sometimes what we see on the outside isn’t a reflection of what’s happening inside our bodies…our cells!
What’s your score???
You deserve to know.
