A console behind a sofa usually comes handy. This is what A. is willing to get. Let’s see which #design will be picked. I’ll keep you posted.

October mood. After extreme heat during summer comes extreme rainfall. When I first arrived in Barcelona, I was told that October was the month of insurance agents and experts. 25 years later, definitely seems to be the case.
Trying to keep life balanced is of essence.
What about you, how do you see October?

These tiles will add #character and #warmth to your newly decorated #interior

Hanging on to the last days of summer.
Even if the weather is way too hot and sticky in beautiful #barcelona in the summer, there’s a certain nostalgy to know that it is almost over.
I tend to feel the same way after the new year and more than never wish to decorate my home with uplifting objects.
That #linentablecloth and these 2 yellow, green on white ceramic trays will be doing the trick.

Looking for loose #barcelona #hydraulictiles to bring back to #osaka #japan is what A. & T. had in mind.
Finding #mesabonitabcn was difficult because I do not have a storefront and most people look for a shop or do not make an appointment etc…
They eventually found me, then came the next challenge: understanding each other.
Speaking neither English nor Spanish, we had to rely on googletranslate in order to communicate. This didn’t prevent us from having a great time together and many good laughs. taken in Barcelona, Spain by @mesabonitabcn

Upcoming console… What will they choose?
My first question to any given client is: what dimension do you need? Getting a straight answer is key to me offering some design possibilities.
Then I wait for feedback (when it comes) and take it from there in order to offer corrections. Usually 3 emails are enough to get a decision made. My biggest frustration being that I will never meet many of my clients.

I have loved these #escofettiles from the moment I #rescued them from a #dumpster in #graciabarcelona
When R. came the other day looking for a table, she had absolutely no idea of what #design she would be interested in. She saw this one, fell for it and I just finished grouting it.
It is now ready to be picked up by someone who will love it everyday for a really long time.

Found these 2 carved wooden #mouchearabieh pieces. They are in great shape and will look lovely in front of a light or as a door of a cabinet or just laying there above a closet…
For now, I’ll keep them above my long alley of closets so that they do not get damaged.
What do you think, would you have picked them up?

Loving every moment I spend with you as it is the most direct exchange I will be having with you and at times the only one.
In that particular case, H and L arrived at my place as I was getting ready to leave for the radio show with Virgil Simons. They knew that time was running, didn’t miss a beat and chose these 3 beauties.
I hope you enjoy them at home 🥰

A very poor rendition of the design of #hydraulictiles that will be inlaid into #microcement in the entryway of P. and F. in Sitges.
I cannot wait to see the result.
