📚Book Review: Sea of Dreams (Wars and Wings Part-3) by @swamini_chopra_salame

Okay, I genuinely don’t know how to talk about this book without saying… WHAT JUST HAPPENED?! 😭

After the first two books, I thought I had a decent idea of where Tia’s story was heading… but Sea of Dreams proved me completely wrong.

I was very, very wrong. 😭

Sea of Dreams takes everything that was already mysterious about the first two books and turns the darkness up several levels.

What I loved most is that the book gives you some answers but somehow leaves you with even more questions. 😂 The mystery kept me hooked, and now I’m definitely curious about what happens next.

Just be prepared as you may get some answers, but you’re absolutely not getting out without new questions. 😂🌊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ORRRR should I SAY, ♾️/5 if I’m being dramatic (which I absolutely am).

If Rage introduced me to the Wildcats, Burn made me completely obsessed with them.

Knox and Tara are hands down one of the most entertaining couples I’ve read this year. A psychopath lieutenant obsessed with catching a vigilante? A vigilante who decides to stalk him right back? Their relationship is basically one giant game of “who can out-crazy the other,” and I was eating it UP.

The banter? Peak.
The pranks? Unhinged.
The chemistry? Absolutely addictive.

But underneath all the chaos, Burn tells a surprisingly emotional story.

Tara is an acid attack survivor, and I loved how her journey wasn’t about someone “fixing” her. It was about learning to see herself beyond the scars left by someone else’s cruelty. Some of her inner thoughts genuinely broke my heart because they felt so real. Watching her slowly reclaim her confidence was one of my favorite parts of the book.

And then there’s Knox.

This man is absolutely insane... but somehow in the most lovable way. Yes, he’s obsessive. Yes, he’s possessive. Yes, he’d probably commit several felonies before breakfast. But what made me love him wasn’t his darkness BUT it was how he looked at Tara. He never pitied her. He never hesitated when he saw her scars. He simply saw HER!

Also... AHM AHM AHM “little criminal”?? Yeah, I folded immediately.

Special mention goes to Shadow, Tara’s Doberman, who completely stole every scene he appeared in. His interactions with Knox had me laughing out loud.

Now excuse me while I impatiently wait for the next Wildcat’s story because Nia Myst has officially made me addicted to this series.

I cried for Nawal, got frustrated with Salman, unexpectedly rooted for Daud, and absolutely admired Susan’s quiet strength. Every character felt flawed, human, and real and that’s what made this story so unforgettable.
