Last training session in the books before heading home. I loved my time at Superbon Muay Thai Academy. They treated me great and I highly recommend anyone that visits Bangkok to stop by for a class. Kru Beer was awesome. He made time to work with me everyday and really helped me improve. taken in Superbon Muaythai Academy by @mespindola07

I 100% deserved this after kicking my coach in the head by accident. I didn’t get a good video of it though. Thank you Coach Beer for training. by @mespindola07

Round 2
Great group class at Superbon Muay Thai Academy. Got to do my pad work with Trainner Beer. I think I died a little today. I think he enjoyed throwing me around way too much. Thank you brother for the work. taken in Superbon Muaythai Academy by @mespindola07

Great time training with Jojo at Yokkao. He made me work hard but still took it easy enough on me when I started gassing out. It was nice to hear my technique was decent but hard to hear that I have no power hahaha. Thanks Jojo. taken in Yokkao Training Center Bangkok by @mespindola07

I tell her to clean her room one time and she punches me in the face…. Jk. Fun night of training with my favorite training partner.

It’s not great but it’s something. I have been running everyday this week. I am determined to get back to my sub 5 mile. Lillian has been doing so good that she had motivated me to get back at it. by @mespindola07

She is growing up too fast. Yesterday she got 3rd at her district meet and qualified for area. It’s her freshman year so she still has plenty of time to develop. Can’t wait to see what she does. Today she has the 800 and 1600. by @mespindola07

It was very interesting week. I got my 2nd degree on my black belt in BJJ from my instructor Fred Ramie. I met him when I was a blue belt and I have been by his side since then. I have learned a lot from him in many aspects of my life not just BJJ. I appreciate his guidance more than I can ever really express.

I was also able to be promoted to my 4th degree black belt by another great mentor in my life James Holan in American Karate. I learned a lot from James over the years. He gave me an opportunity to teach in his school many years ago and I studied what made him successful and tried to mimic as much as I could to be. Many people try to reinvent the wheel. I chose to follow his success.

Both of these men made a big impact on my life and both of them gave me the guidance and support to follow my dreams and achieve my goals. by @mespindola07

Just wanted to take a second to say how proud I am of my daughter. She works hard day in and day out. She was able to make varsity for cross country and earn her letterman jacket her freshman year. Now we are gearing up for track season and I’m hoping to see her double letter. She runs the same races I did but I love that I am able to say that she is better than I was….. but not by much 😂 by @mespindola07
