Some On Track photo's from this past weekend from Grid Walk.

Sunday was another day of learning and improving. For the Owner Kart section, lap times kept getting quicker and I was able to more consistently hit lines. I finished 10th overall after a couple spins and wrong tire choice after the track dried up from the rain.

In the afternoon in the Rental Kart Class, I finished 6th with the 3rd fastest time in the feature, even though I was still 20-ish pounds over the class weight minimum. Was able to chase down a few people from the start and was closing in on two more as time ran out.

Overall this weekend was a massive amount of fun and learning about the kart and how the race weekend goes. I'm looking forward to Round 10 next month and hopefully it's a bit less wet. taken in Music City Kartplex by @messimerdh

Long day at Music City Kartplex for Round 8 of the Rhythm and Race Championship Series.

It was my first competitive race with a functioning kart and had to run on Rain tires all day.

Was really tough but a lot of fun. Got faster times and better lines every session and ended up finishing 7th in the final even with a spin.

Camping out overnight to come back in the morning for Round 9. Hoping for a little less water but will be a great experience regardless.

Lots to learn yet and I’m here for it. by @messimerdh
