Thank you @ui.halfmarathon! Finally got to explore the UI campus on foot. What a fun way to do it!

Loved every corner of the course, even with all those hills. Flat section? Where? Hahaha 😂

Weekly mileage checked with some rolling terrain training, and of course ended the day with a recovery session at @wm.center⚡️

SUB-5:00/KM.
6TH IN MASTER 40+. 🔥🏃🏻‍♂️

1:45:36 NET | 4:59/km | 6th Master 40+

Another half marathon, another PB.
A little faster than before, but a meaningful step forward.

Breaking the 1:45 barrier is still a goal in progress, but holding a sub-5:00/km pace and finishing 6th in the Master 40+ category is a milestone worth celebrating.

Progress doesn't always come in giant leaps. Sometimes, it's about showing up, staying consistent, trusting the process, and finding a few more seconds when it matters.

This journey would not be the same without the people behind it.

Huge thanks to the @meta_runners community and @runningbuddies.id for the support, motivation, and camaraderie.

Special thanks to Coach @irsyadmuzhaffar @nandayuvikaa @edwardosenaen @gilbertmario17 @master_frd , and all the coaches who have guided me, pushed me, and helped me keep improving.
