Why do collectors, designers and artists trust my eye? Here is the answer — once.

I grew up in an artistic family, and I have lived with art all my life — first of all as a collector.

For 20 years I have worked as an interior designer. My projects are published in international magazines and books, including Beta-Plus collector’s editions. In 2025 INTERIERNY named me among the 100 best designers and architects of Russia.

In 2023 I founded Metamorphose Art & Design Gallery in Marbella, where I work as curator. In 2025 Vanity Fair wrote about the gallery, and this year we celebrated three years. None of it would have happened without my husband, Alberto — my greatest support.

I studied art history, interior design at the British Higher School of Design, and psychology at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

My work is to translate the language of artists into something people can live with — and to help bold, conceptual art find its audience.

That is why I choose art not only for how it looks, but for how you will live with it every day.

Find the sculptor in this landscape.
Ángel Orcajo calls this painting “Henry Moore”. He takes the sculptor’s reclining figure — one of the most recognisable forms of the 20th century — and lays it into an open landscape, under a sky that never stops moving.

The sky changes. The form stays.

Orcajo was born in Madrid in 1934. His work was shaped in part by the influence of Marc Chagall, and is represented in the collection of Museo Reina Sofía.
See “Henry Moore” in Spanish Essence at Metamorphose — until 20 November.

What if a painting could be read through flowers?

I don’t choose flowers simply to match the colours. I translate what the work already holds — its rhythm, tension, weight and character.

A landscape doesn’t need a “pretty” bouquet. It needs its atmosphere carried into the room. Branches draw in space. Flowers continue the painting beyond the canvas.

One artwork — three floral readings: soft and organic, sharp and architectural, dark and textural.

Which one would you live with?

Flowers are not decoration. At their best, they become a temporary work of art.

We don’t experience art in isolation.
Colour, scale, subject, light and placement all change the way a work feels — and the way we feel in a space.
My background in psychology helps me look at art not only as an object, but as something that can create calm, focus, tension, curiosity or emotional depth.
Classical art often gives us structure and orientation. Contemporary art often leaves more open — more ambiguity, more questions, more space for our own associations.
This is why art advisory is never just about finding something beautiful.
It is about finding the right work for the person, the architecture and the emotional character of the space.

What do art fairs actually tell us about the market right now?
This October, London and Paris showed two very different pictures. Frieze felt more cautious: collectors were there, but they looked longer before buying. Art Basel Paris brought serious money and fast sales — and then closed before the weekend because of planned protests.
At a fair, I don’t only look at what is beautiful. I watch who stops, who asks, who comes back, what gets reserved — and which works people still remember after they leave.
Because fairs show very clearly what the market is ready to pay attention to — and what it’s already tired of.
What did you notice at the fairs this year?

TODOMUTA — WHEN DESIGN BECOMES ART

TodoMuta works at the border between design, sculpture and architecture.

Their objects are functional, but they are never just functional. They bring identity, tension and presence into a space.

What I love most is that they don’t simply complete an interior.

They change the way we perceive it. by @metamorphose_gallery

On my desk this week: a villa in Marbella.

A plan, a few renders — and the part I love most: stone, wood and fabric finding the right relationship with each other, and with the light outside.

Long before anything is built, the house already has a texture.

Before I recommend a work to a collector, beauty is only the beginning.
I look at the artist’s language, the context around the work, the gallery behind the career, the logic of the price — and whether this is the right piece by this artist for this particular collection.
Collecting art is not about filling walls. It is about knowing what deserves a place — and why.
