Before you begin an Earth Medicine ceremony there is a lot of preparation work discussed: Fasting, Dietas etc. Buf afterwards it’s just “Integration is where the *real* work is”…

But there’s never much discussion, information, or tools about what that *actually* looks like.

Integration is different for everyone.

But every experienced faciliator will tell you that journal work is an extremely beneficial tool to help navigate your mind, explore your patterns, and tune into your higher self.

The Metamorphosis Integration Journal is a 200+ page reflection & keepsake book that guides you through short daily, weekly & monthly brain prompts, activities & exercises proven to strengthen new neural pathways created through your medicine ceremony.

Pick one up before your next retreat, buy one for a friend to show your support, or get a few for supportive client take-home tools.
