Metta Company Proudly Presents ~ANGELS IN TIBET~

A creative project offered as part of the training for each member of Szn 4 🔆
I am so so proud of the work each of these ladies put into this. Their dedication and willingness to embrace something new made this project incredibly exciting for me to create.
With this project I wanted to create the opportunity to explore a different range of movement than the girls are typically used to and in doing so, I saw an added confidence and awareness come online for you all ✨

Watching everyone come back each week deepening their connection to the movement and continuing to develop within the process was such a pleasure to witness and be a part of 🌱

I am so grateful for each one of you believing in me and my visions, the love is endless 🙏🏻🫀🪽

Definition of Love visual @naomisharon 🤍

This song and piece means so much to me.
I created and shared a part of this piece in January 2024 and I can still viscerally feel how much love that was moving throughout that room🪽

At the time I created this piece I was moving through a lot of change both externally and internally and the only way I knew how to process was through dance & music. When I heard this song it instantly spoke to the part of me that needed the reminder that I was already whole and already loved, just as I was and so I wanted to create a piece that reminded every person who danced it just how loved and beautiful they already are 🪷

Coming back to this piece in this moment felt essential. It was as if the energy I created it in had been waiting for me to return to it to find it again to remember everything it was trying to teach me 🦋

METTA COMPANY CELEBRATIONS, THE BEST NIGHT EVER 🎉🍾🥂
There was no way we couldn’t celebrate all the insanely beautiful transformations and growth that took place in both Szn 1 of the beginners heels company and Szn 4 of the All styles company 🦋

The joy that filled every inch of this room was so so special and incredibly moving.. watching everyone dance their hearts out and feel nothing but joy was something I’ll never forget✨

A special thank you to @nastiia_r for capturing the essence of this company every week so gracefully and for this epic edit 🫶🏻

Another thank you to @naomi.cormack & @noelastefania for being down last minute to host some of the games on the night 😍
(you two are iconic together)

SZN 1 ~ Recap of the Beginners Heels Company 😭👠🤍

Where do I even begin…. The past 4 months of getting to know you all has softened me in ways I didn’t expect. You completely shattered every expectation I had of what this was going to be and made it something so special, memorable, and full of love. Each of you has imprinted on my heart in your own way 🫀

Creating this video and watching all these moments back to back reminded me again just how much I love doing this. Being a guide and teacher on your dance journey is never something I take lightly.
I was met with complete trust and such openness to what I had to offer and for that I truly can’t thank you all enough 🤍

The way you all showed up each week ready to learn, push yourselves, and put in the work both inside the sessions and out was so moving to witness, beyond the dancing watching the way you all supported and uplifted one another was such a gift 💎

Community is where the real transformation happens! Thank you for making SZN 1 what it was
This is only the beginning, Season 2 can’t come quick enough 🥹🦋

An attempt to recap the past 7 months of season 4 with my incredible All Styles Company 🥹🦋🫀
I genuinely am blown away by the growth from everyone in this season. It’s been a my greatest joy, privilege and honor to guide and teach this specific group of humans week in and week out. The spaces with got to touch together has reshaped the meaning of intimacy and connection in community, there’s literally no other place I’d rather be.. the thing that laces it all together always is LOVE, love for this gift we get to move in this life with which is dance and the love for the challenge and growth that comes with it 💎

I am so unbelievably proud of each and everyone of you! Thank you for showing up every single week and giving me and each other your all! the dedication to leveling up was so inspiring that it created this insatiable desire to bring the best of myself every week.
I pushed us insanely with workouts that showed us our strength both mentally and physically, we supported each other through the harder days, we inspired creativity in all the ways possible, the time we have spent together has forever changed me and will live in my heart always, I LOVE DANCE, THIS COMMUNITY AND YOU ALL SO MUCH! ♾️🦋💚

A special thank you to @nastiia_r for capturing so many beautiful moments throughout the entire season, it’s been so gorgeous to see this aspect of you come to life 🌻
