It’s back… 🪖 A Big Green Egg on my head!

Some of you already spotted it in Barcelona and at the Nürburgring. But here it is. My helmet for the 2026 season.

Same base design. The iconic Big Green Egg. Got a lot of good feedback last year, so we kept it. Just a few small finishing touches!

Big thanks to the partners on the helmet: Big Green Egg/Badé B.V., Span Finishing, Vink Kunststoffen, LetzQ, JAZO Zevenaar, C-Infra and Heesters Bouwbedrijf. Great to have this group supporting me again and joining this season 💚

Now it’s on me to keep a cool head for another season with this beauty on top 🥵

First few test sessions done here in Portimão! 🇵🇹 Made some pretty big setup changes over the last two days and we seem to be heading in the right direction.

Such a cool track to drive with all the elevation changes, the weather is a lot better than back home in the Netherlands (not a very high bar 😂)

So yeah, can’t complain really 🤠

Final race week of the ELMS season! 🇵🇹 In Portimão for one last send with the #86 Ferrari. Testing starts tomorrow before we build towards the final race of the year, which is on Saturday this time. Still everything to play for, so let’s see what we can do 🤠🤘

Not completely our weekend at Silverstone, but gave it everything during my stint 💪 It was definitely an action-packed race. Also my first time driving the Ferrari in the rain, which made things fun! Did my best with what we had and a big thanks to the whole team for the hard work and for never giving up until the end.

Still grabbed a few points though. One more ELMS round to go. Portugal next 🇵🇹!

UK vs. the Netherlands - whose snacks will take P1? 🤔

Leave your verdict in the comments 🙌

Ahead of the 4H if Silverstone we've taken it upon ourselves to challenge Neil and Mex to the ultimate battle: which country has the better sweets?

Qualifying done ✅ A bit of a mixed two days. Mike did a great job in qualifying 🚀 The car also felt better again today and, most importantly, very consistent!

Plenty of confidence going into tomorrow. Race starts at 12:00 local time 👊

First laps around Silverstone done 🇬🇧 Two test sessions today and a positive first feeling, there’s definitely potential in the car!!

Still some work to do and a few things to figure out, but the team has plenty of data to go through tonight.

Race week at Silverstone 🇬🇧 Coming into this weekend after an amazing one in Spa, where we took our first ELMS win of the season 🏆 Definitely something we want to build on. It’ll be my first time racing at Silverstone and it’s a home race for GR Racing, so plenty to look forward to!!
