Why train your Core Muscles ???

Strong core muscles help stabilize your body and support your spine.
It can help prevent lower back problems and poor posture.

Now after having my children this has always been one of my body areas that I really love training. So that’s why I love to take the plank to the next level but as I said modify accordingly.

After my last son 8 years ago I got tummy separation known as
diastasis recti this happens to most women during and after pregnancy and can also occur in men if they do too much strenuous lifting.

So core exercises are very important to do because you want to strengthen this area back up and also build up your lower back muscles too .

My say is Strong Core Strong Back 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 by @mexercise_pt

Mexercise provides a full body power workout , this involves using kettlebell, slam balls , core bags and more .

My focus is to help you become better at your approach to exercise by improving your form and performance each week.

Happy birthday to ME 🙏🏾❤️🥳🥳🥳 by @mexercise_pt

I thought as so many people ask me how many sessions do I teach in a week and how do I push through 😩 here’s a sneak preview average 20 not inc my own work .

Honestly only Gods strength helps me each day to get through🙏🏾

I pray each morning for a productive and good day and for it to be about the people and not me.

Each time you walk into a room you are dealing with so many different energy levels and people. They are just looking to feel something different and get that feel good 😊

My prayer is to do exactly that make everyone feel good and ready for whatever life is dealing them🙏🏾

When you enjoy what you do you deliver it with your heart and spirit and that’s where that light of God can shine through🙏🏾

Being a 40 plus Fitness coach
I love to go back to the drawing board and see how my body is progressing with me as I get older .

My advice to my 40 plus both men and women, training and being active will become more tiring as you get older . Why it’s been through a lot and it just wants to stop but you have to find ways to really keep that momentum in your mind and body.

Mexercise is All about You
Knowing you again and finding you as you embark on a new journey of life. by @mexercise_pt

A workout for my 40s plus ladies looking to build back up strength and endurance in your legs .

Let’s be real the weight lands on you like cream as you get older lol 😂 and it sticks because the body is no longer as active as before .

The training only gets easier once you get going but as you get older the motivation to get into the gym is dam harder .

You should think about what does 10 years look like on you and how you want to improve yourself not for media but you .

So I say again all my ladies 40plus come see how Mexercise can help you feel good about YOU 🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾 by @mexercise_pt
