I am Jewish and proud. I do not want war. I have fear in my heart, not hate. To those who have reached out to me, thank you. It means the world that you care. This post isn't for pity. This post is because I've stayed silent after receiving hate/r*pe/death messages. Ever since I was a child, I knew I was hated, learning about the holocaust. I just didn't realize how many different people hated us. And it hurts badly. We do not have to see eye to eye, but if you liked me before you knew I was a Jew, this is on YOU for hating me now. Left a piece of my heart in the dorm today. 💙 It's official, Max is now a college guy! It feels like he grew up overnight, but i know that's not how it works. This drive home feels strange, to know he won't be in his room anymore. I know he will do great, it's just my silly mom brain knowing that I can't just hug him anymore when I wish to.
