BLUE SKIES AHEAD: The Journey to APEX 💙✈️☁️

I came for the experience, packed a few cute looks 😂, and left with a message I didn’t know I needed.

This week reminded me that the journey to your APEX won’t always come without turbulence. There may be moments that shake you, delay you, redirect you, or make you question where you’re headed. But turbulence doesn’t mean the destination has changed.

Sometimes, you just have to trust God enough to stay on the journey. 🙏🏽

And whew…if that isn’t a word for the season I’m in right now. 🥹

So somewhere between the messages, the moments, the laughter, and yes, the LOOKS 😂💙, Blue Skies Ahead became more than my style theme for the week.

It became a reminder.

There is still more ahead.
There are still higher places to go.

No special occasion.

No reason to celebrate.

After getting my nails done, I stopped by Sephora before heading home to see if they had a perfume I’ve been wanting to smell. They didn’t have it, but I still found myself wandering the aisles, revisiting a few favorites and enjoying every minute of it.

And honestly… I didn’t need to leave with a bag for it to be worth the stop.

That’s what July is about for me.

Doing the little things that bring you joy, not because you’ve earned them or checked everything off your list, but just because.

As someone who spends so much of my time caring for others, I’m learning that making space to simply be Maig matters too.

So here’s your reminder: stop by your favorite store, grab the coffee, take the scenic route, browse the bookstore, sit by the water, buy the flowers…

She’s back! 😂💅🏽

I had to go from gross to the most (don’t judge me 😭🤣), but I decided to keep my first set back simple… and I’m completely obsessed.

There’s just something about a clean, chic nude set that never goes out of style. It doesn’t have to be loud to make a statement.

🤎 Timeless Thursday | The Effortless Errand Outfit

Can we talk about these Birkenstock mules for a second?! 😂

I’ve been seeing them everywhere lately, and I officially get it. Paired with crew socks, shorts, an oversized tee or sweatshirt…it’s giving effortless, comfortable, and still put together.

This is one of those outfit formulas that proves style doesn’t have to be complicated.

A great pair of clogs.
Denim or bike shorts.
An oversized sweatshirt or classic white tee.
A tote bag.
Gold jewelry.

Quick 1,2…and you’re out the door. 😉
