Hay ausencias que no se superan, se aprende a vivir con ellas.

Se quedan en una canción, en una fecha, en un recuerdo… y en esas ganas de volver a abrazar a quien ya no está.

Cuando las palabras no alcanzan, el cuerpo habla y la música recuerda.

Este baile nace de esas historias: de quienes amaron, de quienes tuvieron que despedirse sin estar preparados y de una Venezuela que llevamos en la memoria, aunque estemos lejos.

Porque mientras recordemos, mientras sus nombres sigan viviendo en nosotros, nadie se ha ido del todo.
