While in Montgomery a few years back, Calvin of MG Images Studios had an idea to bring photographers, models, hairstylists, and makeup artists all under one roof for a power shoot & networking event. The theme was 70s, 80s, and 90s. I chose to honor the Black Panther Party as the granddaughter of a former Panther. While many don’t choose to see the positive the BPP has done for many communities and continues to do present day, the one thing I was able to do was channel that energy with this photo. Thank you MGimages for the opportunity to share my story with the world. Peace, may Fred Hampton’s soul have transitioned in peace🤎🖖🏽 he was assassinated on Dec 4, 1969.
