A little fresh start here 🤍

I’m Giulia, a mum and artist sharing colourful, textured paintings inspired by light, emotion, nature and the beauty of small moments 🎨

After an ongoing technical issue on my previous account, I decided to continue my art journey here instead (unless something major gets fixed in the next few days) 😓

If you followed me here from my old page, thank you so much for finding me again 🩷

My peace is creating , focusing on a brushstroke and how the texture feels as I mix paints, see how the canvas interacts with light, letting my hands create shapes and resemblance of a dreamy reality.

When I paint, anxiety gently fades away.

What is the thing, the hobby, the song, the habit that brings you peace?

My little art studio setup (still lots of work in progress and who knows how it will change over time!) ☺️ This is what works for me, but I feel I am at the beginning of this journey, so things may evolve☺️ I hope it inspires some artsy , crafty or creative people 🎨

I used IKEA Pax and IKEA Kallax. @ikeauk

A little ASMR unboxing of my new Liquitex markers!

I’ve loved using Liquitex paints for a while, so I treated myself to a selection of their new markers to try!

Not sponsored or gifted, just genuinely excited to play with these! 🤍

Let’s practice happiness🫶 I love noticing details and beauty around , making art , painting colourful scenes , slowing down one brushstroke at a time.

And sometimes even just being present and taking deep breaths is enough ☺️🫶

What makes you happy?
