Dear Sister,

You’re about to witness the beginning of a tradition we believe will last for generations.

This morning, we officially opened the doors to MySelfCareSchool.com —
a 10-week walking journey teaching the self-care secrets of our ancestors.

And for the first time ever, you can now earn Foremother Badges. A full set of 10.

More than a reward, these one-of-a-kind, beautifully designed badges are sacred symbols of healing — earned week by week, rooted in the wisdom of the women who walked before us. by @mgmtreks

When personal health becomes collective power.

You’ve built the habit. You’ve found your crew. Now comes the part where GirlTREK members take everything they’ve built: the discipline, the relationships, the sisterhood and turn it outward.

SOLVE is where the walk becomes a movement and the movement becomes change.

I walk because I can. But so many dont have the freedom to walk. Its Black August, and on August 29th, we unite for ‘I Am Walking For.’ Who will you walk for?
