A few weeks ago I spent 2 hours with this legend @jasonstatham

Humble. Full of life. Full of energy. Completely in control of his career, his relationship, his direction and, most importantly, himself.

No ego. No bullshit. Just a seriously well put together man.

He already knew who I was. He knew my work, knew what I’d achieved and had clearly taken notice of the journey I’ve been on with my career and Prizefighter movie.

That meant so much to me.

When someone who has reached the very top of an industry you’ve spent years fighting your way through knows your name and respects what you’ve built, it hits differently.

I walked away even hungrier for what comes next.

Success isn’t just what you achieve. It’s the person you become while achieving it.

Big thanks to my brother @eddiehallwsm
For the intro and setting up the meeting.

Respect, Jason and watch this space everyone for when we work together 🦁 👊🏼 taken in Malta by @mhookings

Such an honour to receive this award & these beautifully crafted hands from the legendary artist @dantemortetofficial

Dante has sculpted the hands of some truly iconic figures, including Robert De Niro, Pelé and @oprah

To now have my own hands captured as part of that extraordinary legacy is incredibly special.

A piece of art. A piece of history. And a moment I won’t forget 👊🏼 🙏 🙌🏻 taken in Venice, Italy by @mhookings
