Just gonna post this today as I’m not gonna be able to access anything tomorrow till I’ve finished work…

I don’t want this to be a sad post but it’s been 1 year since you’ve been gone already nan. This year has been a blip and it only feels like yesterday that you left us. Even tho I saw you take your last breath, it still doesn’t seem real that you’re gone. Just feel like you’ve gone on a really long holiday and I’m just waiting for you to come back. I’m never gonna get over that you’re gone. I wish I could speak to you and just hug you for one last time. I fully lost my self massively. Slowly but surely I’m getting back where I need and where you want me to be.

This is my favourite memory of me, mom and you. Could watch it endlessly just to hear your contagious laugh. Just miss hearing your voice. Your advice, your stories and even you nagging me when I’m being an idiot. 1 year on and it doesn’t get easier. The void just gets bigger and bigger and I can’t wait till I see you again one day.

I love you and miss you so so so so much Nan. I hope I’m making you proud.

Love your eldest grandson ❤️ by @mi6_dnb
