I got to spend the summer with six amazing people and under leadership that made space to heal and be loved. We sat around tables and laughed sooo hard and danced probably every single day. And it was a summer of stillness. I learned intimacy with God that could make me cry at in any given moment. I saw leadership that pursued God in the most inspiring way. Lives of prayer were on display everywhere i looked. The mundane moments were cherished and seen for its beauty. Car rides were used for prayer and good morning by mandisa. I learned so so much this summer! I learned from classes, friendships, mentors, discussions, discipleship, and through quiet time. God was molding me with His hands. He took the pen and wrote out my story. He showed me His jealous love and desire to speak into my life. I could continue for days about this experience. by @miaaharless

I love how the Lord can show us growth in such sweet ways. Last year makenna and I foraged around the house to make arrangements . I got so stressed that mine wouldn’t look good that I had her take over. Since then I went with her to help do wedding flowers, still stressed but more willing to learn and be wrong, and foraged today with our flowers at home. If i told told year ago me that we helped makenna with a wedding I doubt she would believe me. Perfectionism and peoples perception of me have been something that I have struggled to overcome. I have, from a young age wanted to appear perfect and mature for my age. I didn’t want to fail at things or seem unprepared. I still struggle with it and pray that the Lord would give me more mercy for my self. But He has grown me since last year. I have learned the we are human beings not human doings, our worth does not come from doing enough to gain recognition or praise. God enjoys our process of learning. In learning we are having to abide so closely to the Father to learn the lesson being taught. He loves to teach and He loves to guide. He knows we are not going to arrive at perfection overnight. And those growing pains bring us closer to Him make use depend on Him more. I have learned that people are less harsh than I thought when I am unprepared. They are willing to set a few seconds or even minutes aside to teach. And that no one should expect perfection from another person because that is just absolutely unrealistic. by @miaaharless

Lately i have been overwhelmed by Gods intentionality in everything. He created a vast and complex world in just seven days. A world scientists are still exploring and learning about. And He has spent all of eternity creating a relationship with us. He has sacrificed His son, created a world, torn the veil all to have divine communication with us. We are constantly seeing aspects and different facets of His intentionality. In His word I am constantly blown away. He wrote the word so that we will never stop hearing from him. Thank you God for never skipping out on doing the moreover by @miaaharless

Senior year has been such a blessing! I am so grateful for the sweet teachers who have taught me, spiritually and scholarly! Especially my amazing momma that has spent countless hours and days with me as we navigated a new way of learning and teaching. I am so grateful for the blessings and hardships that I have encountered. I am forever eternally grateful and amazed by the ever constant hand of God. The lovely friendships that have grown me. It is such a gift to be sad to leave a place but also have a future glistening with hope. ALSO shout out to @thebarnardmedia for taking these photos!!! by @miaaharless

Senior prom. What a gift to dance and sing with friends. To cry at the sweet memories and long to stay connected. Waking up the next day feeling sore and your voice isn’t as comfortable talking. Screaming because your friends are SOO stunning! How I love these beautiful people and precious memories!! by @miaaharless
