watching young girls receive freedom will always leave me in awe of the Lord. this week was incredible. thank you Jesus for what you did on the cross and for the passionate hearts of all those involved in this ministry. let their hearts continue to burn and may they never lose sight of your face.

i also HAVE to give a HUGE shout out to this team🥳

wow

i’ve worked on many many teams serving, missions, all the things and THIS TEAM🥲

we had some of the strongest personalities, bosses, managers, moms, future leaders, and some people who do it all. it was so healthy.

we let whoever needed to lead, lead and the others followed and when it was someone else turn we followed and the humility that was shown and grace given was something so crazy to experience.

Simon, Irma, & Pastor Mike taught these children so well, the lessons were spirit led and the time and consideration they took to prepare really showed they always came out with a smile 🙏

Linda, Kylee, Irihana & Nemo i was so impressed at the initiative you guys took with the crafts, it wasn’t just coloring on paper it all had a meaning and purpose and you guys made it so intentional for each and every age group🎨

David & Dora, watching you guys play with interact and just be literally “mom & dad” to all the kids was so incredible, you guys made snack time fun and just added so much LOVE to all you said and did🤍

Cathy, Christine, Matthew, Liam, and Dominic, watching, playing and facilitating games with you guys was a joy. seeing the kids laugh, and have the best time over tug a war and all the other silly games wasn’t just the fun of the game but the people around them. you guys were all incredible🤸‍♀️

My mimi🤩 the mom of the group but also my mom, you are a facilitator an organizer of people, it’s not just at home but it’s in the real world too, you lead us all so well, you were there when we needed you and when we didn’t know we needed you. thank you for being not only my mom and role model but the mom and role model to so many others🫶🏼

david i also had to say you are an anointed worship leader and the songs you wrote marked these children for life.⭐️

pastor mike thank you for leading us so well😇

my best friend, my number one side quester, the kindest, most gentle, thoughtful, silly, disciplined, smart, driven, most beautiful girl.

i’m thankful everyday that the Lord allowed us to cross paths.

you make me smile when i’m sad, you encourage me to achieve my goals, you come along side me in every and any random thing the Lord has put on my heart.

you truly are my other brain cell, you are the creative, ocd, how can we make this happen to whatever spills out of my brain lol and i’d get nothing productive done without you🥹

i pray this year the Lord meets you and shows you more of him in ways you could’ve never imagined. keep him at the center and all other things will happen the way he intends them to.

keep loving people the way you do and i pray that beautiful servants heart of yours never dulls❣️

i hoped off tour a year ago around this time and entered a season that i didn’t know would be so far the hardest spiritual season of my life.

i learned that when we say “Lord i’m ready send me, i’ll go anywhere” and he says stay do we have the same enthusiasm? bc i didn’t😛

i learned that sometimes we want to go go go bc we aren’t content with what we have in front of us and he needs us to be content before he gives us more

i learned that the mundane life literally sucks without Him being the center.

thank you Jesus for this sweet season with these beautiful humans a year ago

but also thank you Jesus for the crushing season i’m in right now with the beautiful humans who surround me today.

oh but i do miss being in a white stinky van in the butt crack of america spreading the gospel and watching the Lord move with these silly, amazing people i will forever call family💌 by @miabuckner
