I’ve been writing with @godbehindbarsmusic @godbehindbarsmusic for a while now and last night I got to stand alongside the men of Angola Prison and hear them sing at the top of their lungs about the God who set them free… there were tears on the alter… and baptisms in a kids pool… songs written in cell blocks… more joy in those men than I have seen in any other place… God is moving… the Kingdom is here… and Church is happening far outside the walls of what we have known…. Incredibly grateful for @jake_bodine @_mattnew_ and the whole @godbehindbars team… Jake put it perfectly last night- “ From Inmate to In Christ….” by @miafieldes

The most brilliant few days @thebelongingcoconf… so many things I loved… the people… the messages… the worship… time with so many friends…. But for me, this was the moment that made me cry my eyes out… my Boothie girl dancing like David up the front…. Having her own encounter with God… there’s no junior Holy Spirit…. So incredibly greatful for all the teams who serve- we have such an outstanding church @thebelongingco… but this year I am especially grateful for the @tbcokids team… you are spectacular humans! 😭🫶🏼 by @miafieldes
