Tried to do 10 but the trail was a little too technical for me! The gloomy weather was amazing.

I was so mad about this lol
the race was 19.5 but for some reason I thought it was 18.5 and my watch was saying 20 miles #trailrunner #trailrunning #trailrace #speedgoat30k #runnergirl by @miahmariahg

This race ruined all other races for me. It was sooo much fun and having my family there was the absolute best. We had the best time exploring Vancouver! @lululemon taken in Canada by @miahmariahg

Every year, we pack up, race the Spudman Triathlon, and spend the rest of the day by the river. 🫶🏽 it is so fun and the kids love it! Special shoutout to @popichai for watching 8 kiddos while we raced! Honestly she probably worked harder than us! taken in Burley, Idaho by @miahmariahg

Literally the hardest race lol 😆 the road marathons I ran were 100x times easier than the Speedgoat 30k! #trailrun #trailrunner #speedgoat30k #trailrunning #runnergirl taken in Snowbird by @miahmariahg
