City of Miami Fire-Rescue is ready for the III Points Music Festival in Wynwood.

Before heading into the festival, our fire officers gather for a command briefing to receive their assignments, coordinate with their crews, and prepare for operations.

From firefighter foot patrols and EMS scooters to fire suppression units, fire inspectors, and drone teams, our personnel are deployed throughout the festival grounds to provide emergency medical services, fire protection, and public safety.

Our mission is simple: keep everyone safe and be ready to help whenever needed.

Early Voting for the November 3, 2026 General Election and City of Miami Special Election runs from October 19 through November 1.

When power was lost throughout an entire building, an occupant became trapped in an elevator on the third floor.

City of Miami Fire-Rescue’s Firehouse 4 and Technical Rescue Team (TRT) responded and established a rope rescue system, lowering a Miami firefighter from the eighth floor into the blind shaft to reach the trapped occupant.
