So my guy is a bit tilted because the story is his girlfriend just told him she loves gouache and while they are walking she confesses she hasn’t been washing her brushes for a very long time 😂. ( insider joke in JT:s community 🤣).

I painted this for this weeks challenge #funwithjt .
And the theme is figures, and I did change the color of the sky. Figures I did that right?!

When @johnnythomasart suggested we would paint a boat I knew I wanted too since I enjoy it before with a previous challenge.
I wanted a bigger one so I painted on size A4 .
Ultimate summer with a boat on the beach sunny weather and a little pinkish in the sky 🤗 .

When i saw the prompts from #drawingdog Refined still arts with Nina Orlova I knew I just had to try them out.
I decided do them smaller didn’t have bigger paper with me😉🤷🏼‍♀️.
But colors and composition spoke to me.

So i couldn’t join #sketchysaturdays with @johnnythomasart tribe due too we are on different time zones so i joined afterwards. Who doesn’t love shells right? Well if you think it’s easy you haven’t tried it yet 😂.
Mine turned out red violet from Shinhan since I had a long ugly stage 🤣.🤷🏼‍♀️
Anyways I completed it , worked through it so to speak .

Inspired by @arts.and.garabatos mini tutorial on #5minflorals I tried with a dagger brush from @silverbrushltd Belle Aqua to paint them.
I used @schmincke_official granulated colors and some ink for finishing touches.
