Welcome to my page!! This weekend I completed my first course towards my mat Pilates certification through @balanced_body with @zaynagold at @bostonbodywatertown

I have not been a part of the Pilates community for long but when I took my first class at @studio78boston with @madelynpilates I knew it was a community I wanted to be a part of.

I created this account as a way to become a part of the Pilates community and document my experience and journey in becoming mat certified (and hopefully more in the future)

Thanks for supporting and following along!🧘🏼‍♀️🩷 by @mias.mat
